R5 insulated, CNC cut to precisely match the floor's profile and provide a perfectly flat surface. 

Made from 15mm Baltic Birch, phenolic resin coated for exceptional durability. This eliminates the need for an expensive top layer. 

Approximately 50-70% coverage with Kilmat or a similar product, serving as the initial layer for sound and resonance deadening. 

Havelock Wool or 3M Synthetic insulation used for walls, ceiling, and doors. 

This allows wall panels to be attached uniformly, avoiding the reliance on random factory holes in the vans frame. 

All CNC cut in-house. The current design features low-profile, durable Marathon Tweed fabric covering these panels. Custom color changes are available. 

This design allows a "Short Queen" bed to fit East-to-West, saving significant upfront real estate and avoiding expensive aftermarket pop-outs. Usable for individuals up to 6'2"

Specifically designed to accommodate up to three XL mountain bikes, keeping them safe and secure inside the van.

Includes a 120V AC outlet on the rear driver's side for easy access to power AC items, like recharging e-bikes while they're stowed inside. Rattle free design. 

12V and 120V power available on the lower section for convenient laptop charging or higher-amp/120V hookups.

Integrates a sink, stove, waste tank, wiring, fridge opening, and a 20-gallon water tank fill spout. The water tank fill spout is accessed from inside the vehicle when the passenger slider door is open, reducing issues with cold temperatures, frost, and debris. 

Using the Lagun Table mounting system, this table accommodates two people for dining when the driver's seat is swiveled around. 

12V and 120V power available on the lower section for convenient laptop charging or higher-amp/120V hookups.

300 AH standard, expandable to 600AH. Each battery's BMS (Battery Management System) includes deep cold protection. 

Renogy 40A 

Standard for alternator charging while driving. Can be increased in size for vehicles with dual alternators. 

Blue Sea Systems

Marine-grade switch located in the rear of the van to isolate alternator charging from the house batteries, allowing you to prevent charging while on the road if needed. 

Renogy 1000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter

Capable of surging up to 2000W for larger AC starting draws. Can be upgraded to a 2000W inverter if needed. A remote "on/off" button is conveniently located above the kitchen galley. 

NoCo Genius 10 

10 Amps of power from 120V AC charging. Hidden access port under the van with a protective cover for road debris and water. 

All breakers and fuses are tailored to your power needs, accessible, and easy to work with for troubleshooting. We'll review the system together, and I'll provide test runs to explain its operation. You'll also receive all wiring diagrams, including gauges, to assess power flow. 

Available with white or black trim. A remote is included and mounted in a central location. 

20-gallon over-wheel-well tank from a third-party supplier, mounted and secured within the bed cabinetry. 

6-gallon waste tank included under the galley. An external waste tank of any size can be added for a nominal installation fee plus the cost of the tank. 

Kohree RV Water Pump 3.5GPM

High-flow 12V pump with automatic operation for the included faucet. 

Dimmable, two-zone lighting controlling 8 recessed lights in various colors. Warm 3500K is standard. 

Dimmable, a single directional light above the dining area, perfect for working on your computer while a partner sleeps. 

Dimmable, 3-way LED lighting custom-cut into the bottom of the bed panels. This is a very bright white light (around 6500K). 3-way wiring allows operation (and dimming) from the front or rear of the van, handy for loading gear from the back without needing to access a front panel. 

All wiring is either marine grade or high quality. In most cases, we upsize the gauge to accommodate future power needs (e.g., upgrading from 1000W to 2000W inverters). 

Fuses remain the same to protect current power needs, only to be upgraded when higher-draw components are added.

All wires are wrapped in cloth to reduce or eliminate noise, applying to all hidden wiring in walls and ceilings.

Installed and included in the price. A passenger seat swivel can be added for a fee.

If you'd like anything added to the build, we can install customer-purchased "bolt-ons" during the build, provided they do not interfere with the current layout. 

Please note that solar charging is not included in "The Rook" build price. We'll discuss your specific power needs, as adding solar is an expensive element. However, The Rook's power system layout has plenty of space for future solar integration. 

We install the Velit Gasonline heater under the Passenger seat to take advantage of unused space within your van.

Installation is $900 (heater not included)
